User-friendly database
OtoAccess™ is a simple and user-friendly database for storage of audiological data and client information. It enables easy access to stored data from all Interacoustics products: audiometers, middle ear analyzers, hearing aid analyzers, OAE, ABR and VNG (Balance). Furthermore OtoAccess™ forms a point of entry for all Interacoustics software modules and suites as well as our unique print wizard for creating combined reports merging the various data into a single PDF/EMR (Electronic Medical Records) report.

The database also provides features for searching patients and basic scheduling and journal functions.

A Networked Solution
OtoAccess™ is suitable for installation on PCs as
a standalone database application or as a
networked solution with a number of clients
using the same shared SQL server
(i.e. a client server setup).

Clinic Management and EMR Integration
OtoAccess™ is prepared for the demands of clinic management
system and EMR integration via a simple interface (GDT). This allows external systems to interact with OtoAccess™ as well as the various software modules and suites in a fully transparent way. OtoAccess™ does not offer all the features required by a clinic/office management system, but it offers a basic database for handling patients and measurement data. New methods of data integration will continually be implemented as new trends arise.

OtoAccess™ and Noah
OtoAccess™ is dedicated to the Interacoustics products and can be used as a simple alternative or supplement to an existing clinic management system or database. OtoAccess™ is not a replacement of Noah and does not support the different hearing aid fitting modules.
